Westhofen Works Return Policy

At Westhofen Works, we are committed to delivering products that are crafted to last. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date you received it. Please review the details of our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to our facility.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the time your return is delivered to our warehouse for us to process it.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to Germany or Switzerland.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that this credit may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
